Q: Does the Vinotrek bottle hold an entire bottle of wine?

A: Yes. The capacity of the Vinotrek bottle holds an entire standard 750ml bottle of wine.


Q: How much do the glasses hold?

A: Filled to the rim, our glasses hold 10oz. but are perfectly balanced for a standard 6oz. wine pour. 


Q: What is 18/8 stainless steel?

A: 18/8 stainless steel is an alloy used in the food and wine industry that does not impart flavors or absorb odors making it the perfect material to transport wines. It is the same stainless steel that is used for the production and of storage of wine.


Q: What is double-wall construction?

A: Our products are made of two layers of stainless steel. This design is not only very durable but prevents condensation and sweating. It also allows for high performance vacuum insulation.


Q: What is vacuum insulation?

A: The air between the stainless steel walls is evacuated and sealed creating a thermal insulated layer that is superior to conventional insulating materials. The Vinotrek bottle will keep wine chilled for up to 12 hours. The Vinotrek glasses insulate your wine from the warmth of your hand.


Q: How do I clean my Vinotrek products?

A: We recommend hand washing both bottle and glasses with mild dish detergent and warm water. To clean the bottle, simply place a drop of liquid dish soap in to the bottle, fill half way with warm water, shake vigorously, let sit for ten minutes, shake again and rinse clean. The bottle and glasses electropolished interior will not stain or absorb flavors.


Q: What does your warranty cover?

A: We warranty all of our products against any manufacturer's defect or damage during shipping. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as dents, scratches or paint chipping due to impact, friction, etc. 


Q: What is your return policy?

A: Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.

Q: How are refunds processed?

A: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is received in unused condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4 business days.
